Superior FRP Doors seamless door frames can be installed along any wall type of thicknesses up to 8 inches. Their ease of installation makes them an ideal choice along insulated metal panel (IMP) and FRP walls. Our unique patented framing system eliminates the need to frame the rough opening. Full door height and width stainless steel mounting frames are secured to the rough opening sides and top, then each side of the seamless Superior FRP Door frame is mounted to the steel in a drop-down installation. The Superior FRP Door frame has no screws or bolts, the external face is completely seamless.
Our hygienic door frames can be ordered with any door hardware or window lite kit sizes. FRP door slabs are built per the selected hardware. Standard hinges: Hager BB1191, standard closer: Eco TS-61, standard push-pull handle. Kick plates, levers, exit bars, continuous or lift-off hinges, window lites, and any other door hardware can be substituted or added.
